Things have been quiet on the blog recently – not because I’ve had nothing to post, but because there has been too much to do! Sometimes being a sole trader, things can get away from you – but I finally have some time to catch up and reflect on the first half of the year, and it has been a pretty incredible six months.
Let’s start with Jenna and James, a long distance love story turned happily ever after. Their wedding day was a combination of rain and sunshine, laughter and tears (happy ones, of course) and with family and friends having travelled to Byron Bay from interstate and overseas, it was overflowing with love in every moment. The Figtree was the perfect backdrop, and in absolute Jenna-and-James style (as you may have noticed from their West End Engagement Date shoot) we even made time to stop for a coffee and a few snaps in their favourite local cafe. A beautiful Italian feast was served, glasses clinked, and a lively Tarantella danced – what more could you add to the recipe for a perfect wedding day? Special thanks to Kerry Nijam for a beautiful ceremony.
