Some things are worth waiting for – Josh, Bri and Aluna’s family portrait shoot was definitely one of them!

When we scheduled our portrait session, we had perfect sunshine and a pristine beach in mind. The weather had other ideas – for a whole month – with torrential rain and forceful winds battering the Tweed every weekend! We must have rescheduled Bri and Josh’s session eight times, with mornings spent on standby watching the radars and the clouds only to make the call in the afternoon – dreary, uncomfortable weather. Let’s try for tomorrow/next week/another day. When the day finally came, it was absolutely worth it – as you can see in the pictures below. Bathed in the last light of an October sunset, on an empty Cabarita beach with the perfect gradient in the sky over the water, we finally realised that vision. Your patience paid off guys!
