Sam and Adam are total locals. They both grew up on the Tweed Coast’s beaches, and they both live for the beach even today – so it was only fitting that their wedding day embodied the part of the world they both love so much. Sam and her girls got ready at the Beach at Cabarita, in a room overlooking the ocean. Their ceremony took place on the sand at Pottsville, and they mixed sands from their childhood beaches in a jar hand-lettered by Sam before they exchanged rings. Their reception, at the Pottsville community hall, featured tables labelled not by number, but by landmarks and waterways from the Tweed Shire, and their incredible cake, adorned with shells, pearls and starfish, looked far too beautiful too eat. Their wedding day was personal and original, and completely dry when it mattered – despite days of rain preceding. Congratulations, Sam and Adam!
